十味强心汤治疗充血性心力衰竭临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究十味强心汤对充血性心力衰竭患者心功能的影响。方法:随机选择50例CHF患者应用十味强心汤治疗作为治疗组,再随机选择50例CHF患者应用西药强心剂、利尿剂及β受体阻滞剂作为对照组。治疗前后进行心功能测定并作前后对比分析。结果:十味强心汤具有和西药对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能改善相同的疗效。结论:十味强心汤治治疗充血性心力衰竭疗效肯定,且耐受性较好,不良反应少。Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of Cardiotonic Decoction of Ten Drugs on cases＇ heart function who were suffered from congestive heart failure. Method： 100 cases suffered from congestive heart failure were divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group. 50 cases in the treatment group were treated by Cardiotonic Decoction of Ten Drugs, and 50 cases in the control group were treated by cardiant, diuretic and 13 receptor block agent. Heart functions before and after experiments were detected, contrasted and analyzed. Result： Cardiotonic Decoction of Ten Drugs had the same effect as cardiant in improving heart function of chronic cardiac failure. Conclusion： The curative effect of Cardiotonic Decoction of Ten Drugs on congestive heart failure is reliable. Cardiotonic Decoction of Ten Drugs can be tolerated well and has few adverse effects.
