摘 要:开发设计了一种新型内防喷器,并完成了工业性试验和理论研究工作。该防喷器主要由固定外壳、滑座、旋板阀等组成,固定外壳固定在钻杆或钻铤上,钻进中随钻柱一起转动,与钻柱承受同样的扭矩、钻压和冲击振动。对其安放位置及井喷压力进行了简要分析和探讨,建立了钻头压降与流量、流体密度的关系曲线。分析表明,当流量Q=10L/s,流体密度为1.2g/cm3时,假设井深为4000m,井底压力为70MPa,内防喷器安放在距钻头2m,钻具中部100、200、500、1000m处时,防喷器处内外压差为4.164、4.366、4.572、5.190、6.220MPa,为内防喷器的控制提供了理论数据和依据。A new inner blowout preventer is developed and the industrial test and theoretical study are finished. The preventer mainly consists of the housing,sliding seat and plate valve. The housing is fixed on the drill pipe and drill collar,and rotates with drill string and bears the same torque,drill pressure and shock vibration as the drill string. The laying position and well blowout pressure are analyzed and discussed briefly and the relationship curve of drill bit pressure drop vs flowrate and fluid density is established. The result indicates that when flowrate Q is 10 L/s and fluid density is 1.2 g/cm3,the outer and inner pressure differences are 4.164,4.366,4.572,5.190 and 6.220 MPa respectively supposing that the inner blowout preventer is installed in the place 2 m from the drill bit,100,200,500 and 1 000 m from the middle part of drill tool in the well with depth of 4 000 m under a bottomhole pressure of 70 MPa. It provides the theoretical data and basis for the control of inner blowout preventer.
