摘　　要：针对某些3000m以内的浅井,因大钩悬重小,采用常规地面震击器无法实现正常复位的问题,研制了一种新型地面震击器。该震击器由上接头、六方套、上筒体、心轴、调节螺母、下筒体、弹性机构总成、机械锁紧机构、延长心轴和下接头等组成。性能试验及现场应用情况表明,该震击器的所有技术参数均达到行业标准要求,复位力与释放力的大小无关,且均小于9.81kN,完全可以满足在浅井中使用地面震击器震击后顺利复位要求,应用效果很好。The common surface jar cannot realize the normal resetting due to small hook weight in the shallow well below 3000 m. Therefore,a new kind of surface jar is developed. The jar consists of upper connector,hexagonal sleeve,upper mandrel body,mandrel,adjustable nut,lower mandrel body,elastic mechanism assembly,mechanical latching mechanism,extended mandrel and lower connector. The performance test and field application show that all the technical parameters of the jar meet the demand of industry standard. The resetting force has nothing to do with the releasing force,and is less than 9.81 kN,which can meet the demand of smooth resetting of surface jar after jarring in the shallow well. The application effect of the jar is good enough to realize the function of continuous jar.
