摘  要:该研究选用3个高恢复度K型小麦杂交种的F2群体、1个化杀杂交种F2群体、1个K型杂交种F3高恢复度株系及1个常规品种群体,以自交结实率作为育性判断标准,通过对分离群体的田间育性调查,对小麦K型不育系的育性恢复机理进行研究。结果表明:在三个K型胞质雄性不育的F2群体中,可育单株与不育单株的比例经卡方检验符合63:1的理论比例,因此可以推断小麦K型胞质雄性不育的恢复由3对主效恢复基因控制,并表现为孢子体不育类型。This research chose three F2 population of K-cytoplamic male sterile hybrids with high restorative characteristic, one F2 population of Chemical Hybridization Agent (CHA), one F3 family of K-cytoplasmlc sterile hybrid with high restorative characteristic and one normal hybrid population as sample to study the restorative mechanism of K-cytoplasmic male sterility in wheat. Taking self-fruitful rate as the criterion and segregating population of field survey as method, we got the result that the ratio of fertile plants and sterile plants in the three F2 population of K-cytoplasmic male sterile hybrid accords with 63:1 tested by Chisquare, therefore we can infer that the restorative mechanism of K-cytoplasmic male sterile line was controlled by three different major genes, which manifested as sporophore sterility.
