生态足迹法在土地整理规划环境影响评价中的应用

摘　　要：土地整理环境影响评价是土地整理规划编制过程中的一个必要环节,目前中国使用的几种评价方法都难以量化土地整理活动对生态环境的影响,本文提出将生态足迹法的生态承载力模型运用到土地整理环境影响评价中,并以信阳市浉河区双井等(两)个乡(镇)土地整理项目区的规划方案为例,以期为土地整理规划环境影响评价提供一种可以量化的方法。In the process of drawing-up land-use planning must carry out an environmental impact assessment of land consolidation planning, at present, the way we usually used in the environmental impact assessment of land consolidation planning can not quantitative reflection the influence of land consolidation planning to the environment, in this paper, a method named ecology foot printing for land planning and environmental assessment was proposed, and through analyzed the case of shuangjing town of xinyang province＇s land consolidation planning, in order to provide an quantitative method for the environmental impact assessment of land consolidation planning.
