摘　　要：装备采购是对装备实施计划制定、合同订立、合同履行、监督检查等一系列有组织的活动。借鉴政府采购制度的成功经验和做法,军队在装备采购也实行了集中采购制度。在分析了政府采购成熟做法的基础上,用比较的方式,提出军队在装备采购中的对策建议,对规范装备采购具有一定积极意义。The equipment procurement is an activity that works out a plan, makes a contract, performs the contract, inspects the equipment and supervises them. The equipment procurement is a kind of government purchase which learnt the experiences form the government purchase for a long time. Our army also procured a concentrated way. In recent years, we have got some achievements in the concentrated equipment procurement, but also exposed some insufficiencies. Purchase in our country and brings out the shortages of our army＇s equipment procurement by comparison. This paper analyzes the mature method of the government and discusses the countermeasure and suggestion to improve them.
