摘　　要：简述了动臂QT900塔机的变倍率原理,根据变倍率要求设计两种方案,并分析其合理性和探讨对结构的影响。经过比较,第二种变倍率方案经过施工检验,获得了更好的效果,实现了变倍率的功能,并提高了整机性能。A QT900 tower crane simplified pulley block system was selected for the research. 2 types of designs differ from the simplified pulley systems whieh were 2 falls and 4 falls design. Both were adapting well for working purposes. Details physical studies were carried out on the structure comparison. Method number 2 system shows better result and gave overall performance advantage from the physical test carried out. It also increases the overall performanee of the tower crane.
