摘  要:汶川特大地震发生后,我院作为西部地区惟一的国家级区域医学中心,医院党政领导迅速明确医院在抗震救灾中的定位和作用,迅速确定我院在地震医疗救援中的复杂危重伤员救治中心、灾区医院支援中心和省外医疗队后勤保障中心的“三中心”战略,并立即调整医院组织架构与管理模式,建立灾难应急指挥体系和通讯保障体系,快速转变应急灾难医疗救治的组织架构与管理模式,迅速确立灾难伤员的分拣和分流应急流程,及时建立应急救灾后勤保障体系,强调集中指挥、授权管理与多部门、多科室协同合作。医院工作迅速进行应急救灾与常态工作并重的双轨制状态,通过科学合理调配资源,圆满完成了抗震救灾的阶段性任务。Soon after the occurrence of Wenchuan massive earthquake, the leaders of the Huaxi Hospital, the only medical center of national level located in the western part of China, immediately defined the role of the hospital and set up the strategy serving as "three centers" : the rescue center for the severe and complicated wounded, supportive center for the victim hospitals at the earthquake-hit area and logistics guarantee center for medical teams from outside the province. The organization structure and management mode were adjusted rapidly by establishing an emergency treatment system and communication system, setting up the triage and diverting process for the wounded, and formulating a logistics guarantee system with unified command, authorized management and cooperation among sectors and departments. At the same time, a dual system was adopted with equal emphasis on disaster emergency treatment and regular daily medical service of the hospital. Through rational distribution and allocation of resources, a great success has been achieved periodically in the fight against the disaster and rescue of the wounded .
