摘  要:为了充分利用大气氧氮资源,进一步提高燃料的燃烧效率,提出一种"转匣式惯性离心聚氧聚氮耦联漩流强化燃烧"技术。论述了富氧燃烧、漩流燃烧及耦合强化燃烧的原理;介绍了聚氧聚氮耦联漩流燃烧设备的结构特点;分析了转匣式惯性离心聚氧聚氮与漩流强化燃烧耦联设计方案的合理性、先进性、灵活性。该耦联漩流强化燃烧装置是一项具有较高科技含量的综合性技术,实现了磁场聚氧和离心聚氧的复合、轴流式和离心式压气机的复合、富氧燃烧和漩流燃烧的复合、氮膜冷却和气膜冷却高温涡轮叶片的复合,是高效、节能、环保的新型能源应用技术。A new technology with an integration of rotary-box centrifugal-type oxygen and nitrogen enrichment and swirling flow was put forward to make full use of oxygen and nitrogen in atmosphere and improve the fuel combustion efficiency. The principles of oxygen enrichment, swirling flow and coupling combustion enhancement were introduced. The properties of such technology were analyzed including the rationality, superiority and flexibility. The device is an integration of oxygen enrichment with magnetic and centrifugal methods, axial-flow and centrifugal compressors, oxygen-enriched and swirling combustion, and cooling high-temperature blades with both nitrogen and gas films. It is a high-efficiency, energy-saving and environment-protection technology of new energy application.
