摘　　要：介绍世界风电大国的风能资源开发现状和政策,并分析我国风能资源开发利用现状,找出我国与风电大国之间的差距。风电大国的风能开发经验表明,要大力发展风能建设,需要在政策、市场及风电上网等方面为风电发展创造良好的环境。结合我国的实际状况,提出我国今后风能开发应注意的问题。The utilization situation and policies of wind energy resources for the big wind power countries in the world were introduced, the utilization situation of wind energy resources in China was analyzed, and the gap between China and the big wind power countries was pointed out. The experiences of the big wind power countries show that in order to develop the wind energy construction energetically, a good environment for wind energy development in the policy, marketing and grid integration should be created. Finally, the problems that should be noticed in the development of wind energy in the future were put forward based on China＇ s aetual situation.
