我国大学园区体育资源集聚现状、存在问题及发展对策研究

摘　　要：本文采用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、统计分析等方法,对我国大学园区体育资源配置现状进行了分析,结果显示,我国大学园区体育资源配置起点较高、种类相对较为齐全,但存在资源配置结构和空间不合理、整体利用率较低等问题,造成这一现象主要是受观念意识滞后、配置方式不适应时代需求、组织管理体系条块分割等因素的制约。研究认为,加强我国大学园区体育资源的科学化配置、促进资源的整合化进程,才是推动大学园区体育可持续发展的有效途径。Adopting the methods of document study, expert interview, questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis, this paper studies the present situation of sports resources in Chinese university parks and concludes that the allocation of sports resources in Chinese university parks has a relatively high starting point and is relatively complete but its structure and space are not reasonable and its overall utilization ratio is relatively low. All these problems are mainly caused by old ideas, stagnant allocation mode and ineffective management system. To solve these existing problems, this paper puts forward that effective ways should be adopted to advance the sustainable development of university parks by strengthening scientific allocation of sports resources in university parks and promoting the integration process of sports resources.
