摘 要:目的检测股骨头缺血性坏死(ANFH)血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化脂质(LPO)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)水平以及依达拉奉对其影响,探讨氧化应激在ANFH的影响。方法实验患者随机分为:健康组(N组)、ANFH组(M组)、依达拉奉治疗组(MT组)。采用生物化学法检测SOD、MDA、GSH-PX、LPO血清水平。结果MT组MDA、LPO表达较M组降低(P<0.05),MT组SOD、GSH-PX表达较M组增高(P<0.05);MT组SOD、MDA、GSH-PX、LPO表达较N组增高(P<0.05);M组SOD、MDA、GSH-PX、LPO表达较N组显著增高(P<0.01)。结论自由基、氧化应激效应参与了ANFH的发病机制,依达拉奉能降低ANFH患者血清MDA、LPO水平,增强SOD、GSH-PX活性发挥治疗保护作用。Objective To measure serum level of SOD,MDA,GSH PX,LPO in patients with ANFH and serum level of SOD, MDA,GSH PX,LPO in patients with ANFH with edaravone,to study mechanism of oxidative stress in ANFH. Methods Patients were randomly divided into: normal group(N), ANFH group(M) and edaravone treatment group(MT). Serum level of SOD, MDA, GSH-PX,LPO was measured by biochemistry. Results The serum level of MDA,LPO in MT groups was lower than that of in M (P〈0.05) ,the serum level of SOD,GSH PX in MT groups was higher than that of in M(P〈0.05);the serum level of SOD, MDA,GSH-PX,LPO in MT and M groups was higher than that of in N,S(P〈0.01). Conclusion gdaravone can restrain expres sion of MDA, LPO and increase expression of SOD, GSH PX in ANFH. Oxidative stress participates in the patho-physiological mechanism in ANFH.
