摘 要:通过对沥青混合料转运技术在安徽滁宁高速公路的运用,分析评价沥青混合料转运技术对沥青路面施工过程中的温度离析改善效果,借助红外热像仪、激光温度仪分析和定位温度离析位置,对运输过程中运料车上、摊铺过程中的摊铺机受料斗、螺旋布料器分料槽等关键位置采用和未采用沥青混合料转运车两种情况下的温度进行比较研究。研究表明:运输过程中,通过转运车的再次拌和,沥青混合料的温度更趋于均匀;摊铺过程中,采用沥青混合料转运技术后,能很好地避免新摊铺路面出现涡状温度离析区,极大地改善沥青混合料的温度离析现象。Based on the application of the asphalt mixture transfer technique in Chuning expressway in Anhui Province,the improvement of temperature segregation by using transit-mixer vehicle in the construction process of asphalt pavement was analysed. 3he infrared camera and X-ray temperature device were used to analysis and locate the temperature segregation. The temperature difference in selected key locations under two situations either using the asphalt mixture transit-mixer vehicle or not were compared. The selected locations were in the mixer of vehicles, at the hopper and the feeder groove when the paver was in the paving process.The study shows that (1) the temperature of the asphalt mixture tends to equal by remixing during the transport process; (2) the technique has good performance to avoid the volute segregation during the paving process.
