摘　　要：本文研究了以妊烯醇酮为原料,经过催化加氢、Mitsunobu反应、碱解、酸解等步骤,合成丝胶树碱,收率约61.0%。The report discussed a process for the preparation of funtumine from pregnenolone by such steps as catalytic hydrogenation, Mitsunobu reaction, digesting with an aqueous base solution and an aqueous acid solution, to obtain the alkaloids. The total returns ration is approximately 61.0%.
