摘　　要：目的研究穿心莲的抗生育作用。方法采用体内外给药的方法,观察穿心莲对大鼠精子、胚胎及小鼠精子的影响。结果穿心莲可使胚胎发育异常,精子数量和存活率降低。结论穿心莲对精子发育有明显影响。Objective To study the antifertility function of Andrographis Paniculata. Methods Drug were gived to explore effect of Andrographis Paniculata on embryo and sperms, in vitro/in vivo. Results Andrographis Paniculata made embryo oegsplasia and number of sperm decrease, Uiability of sperm significantly reduce. Conclusion Andrographis Panieulata has Significocntly effect on development of Sperm.
