摘 要:针对国内治理燃煤电厂排放的SO2,大多采用钙法(石灰石/石膏法)带来的新的污染问题,结合我国西部地区的资源特点,介绍了用烧碱脱除燃煤电厂烟气中的SO2,其脱硫液用于生产硫酸和元明粉,电石渣用于生产水泥的综合治理方法。认为在用高硫煤的大型火电厂附近建设PVC厂,用PVC厂的烧碱实施钠法脱硫,既解决了烧碱的出路,又避免了钙法脱硫石膏堆存所产生的二次污染问题。For the new pollution problems brought by the calcium-process (limestone/gypsum process),which is mostly used for treatment of SO2 emitted from domestic coal-fired power plants,a comprehensive treatment method is introduced where caustic soda is used for removal of SO2 in the flue gas from coal-fired power plant,whose desulfurized solution is used for production of sulfuric acid and sodium sulfate anhydrous,and the carbide slag is used for production of cement.By installing a PVC plant nearby the large thermal power plant fired with high-sulfur coal,and using the caustic soda for sodium-process desulfurization,it will not only secure the use of caustic soda,but also avoid the secondary pollution problem caused by piling of gypsum from calcium-process desulfurization.
