摘 要:公司和农户缔结的契约是有别于商品契约和要素契约的超市场契约,这种契约关系的治理以提升公司和农户的信任关系为基础和前提;信任机制作为一种独有的、起基础性作用的治理机制,不仅可以降低交易成本,并且可以通过互动式因果关系来交流和分享默认知识与信息,以达到交易价值的最大化,从而确保契约关系的稳定和高效率。信任机制对于公司和农户契约关系的治理之所以重要,就像价格机制对于市场、权威机制对于企业之所以重要一样。The contract between corporation and peasant households is distinguished from commodity contract and factor contract, which are hyper-market contracts. Serving as a foundation and premise, this kind of governance mechanism promotes the trust relation between corporation and peasant households. As a unique kind of governance mechanism with foundational function, the trust mechanism can not only lower the transaction cost, but also exchange, share and recognize tacitly the knowledge and information through the interactive causal-effect relation to maximize the value of transaction and ensure the stability of contractual relation with high-efficiency. What trust mechanism is to managing the contractual relationship between company and peasant household is price mechanism to managing the market, and the authority mechanism to managing the business enterprise.
