摘　　要：介绍了PDCA循环的概念及特点,阐述了PDCA循环在环境管理体系中的应用,指出在宜居城市基本概念的基础上,就如何建设宜居城市进行了探讨,浅析了PDCA循环对宜居城市建设的启示,阐明了宜居城市评价标准体系的组成。It introduces the concept and featuresof PDCA circulation, illustrates the application of PDCA circulation in environmental management system. Based upon the basic concept of cities suitable for living, it discusses how to build cities suitable for living, analyzes the inspiration of PDCA circulation to the building of cities suitable for living, and illustrates the composition of the evaluation criteria system of cities suitable for living.
