摘　　要：对水火管组合方式快装锅炉汽改水后管板裂纹产生的主要原因进行了分析,分析结果表明其产生原因与锅炉本身的结构、改装方法、温差、运行管理有直接关系,在此基础上探讨了裂纹防止措施,从而防止锅炉故障的发生。It analyses the main reasons of the tube plate crack after the water and fire combined tube boiler air water improvement, and the analysis effect illustrates that the generation reasons are related with the structure of the boiler itself, the refit methods, temperature difference, operation management and discusses the crack preventing steps on base of it, to prevent the generation of boiler accident.
