摘　　要：克服现有公路建设项目环境影响评价的局限性,结合现有公路建设项目环境影响评价内容和交通环境承载力相关理论,建立评级指标体系,并运用改进层次分析法和模糊综合评价相结合的方法建立评价模型,得出公路建设项目交通环境整体承载情况,并结合实例分析证明了模型的有效性。The paper overcomes the limitation of the environmental impact assessment existing in highway construction project, combines with the content of existing in highway construction project environmental impact assessment and the relevant theories of traffic environmental carrying capacity, establishes rating indexes system. The paper sets up the assessment model by using the advanced analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and obtains the whole carrying situation of the traffic environment of the highway construction project, finally the paper combined with the example analyzation certify the efficient of model.
