摘 要:虚拟现实技术(VR)的不断发展,已经使它成为众多信息技术领域研究开发的热点,也为实现港口视景仿真提供了有效的手段。结合湄洲湾三维视景仿真课题的研究,介绍以建模工具Creator、开发工具Vega为平台,应用ArcGIS工具建立港口三维地形,构建港口视景,并利用VegaAPI在Visual C++环境下实现港口实时漫游的过程。该技术可为港口交通管理和应急指挥决策提供真实的视景仿真,开辟港口通航管理工作的新途径。The continuous progress of virtual reality technology (VR) makes itself a hot spot of numerous technology research development areas, which also provides effective means for realizing harbor scene simulation. With the project research on a 3-D scene simulation of Meizhou bay, the procedure of development is introduced: modeling tool Creator and development kit Vega are taken as platform and ArcGIS tool is applied to establish 3-D topography of harbor and construct entire harbor scene, furthermore VegaAPI is used to realize harbor real-time roaming under Visual C++ environment. This technology can provide a real ground view simulation for port traffic administration and emergent command decision-making and lead a new way for port administration.
