温生理盐水缩短压疮愈合时间的研究

摘　　要：[目的]为了促使压疮的早期愈合,增强病人的舒适感。[方法]将60例压疮病人在入院时按住院尾数的单双号随机分为两组,单号为实验组,双号为对照组,每组30例,对照组采用冷生理盐水冲洗换药。实验组采用37℃生理盐水冲洗换药。[结果]实验组病人的压疮愈合时间明显短于对照组。[结论]温生理盐水换药可缩短压疮的愈合时间,局部护理时病人舒适感好。Objective. To promote the early healing of pressure sore and to increase the comfort feeling of patients. Methods. A total of 60 pressure sore patients were divided into test and control group based on the last admission number, patients with odd number were in test group and even numbers were in control group （30 cases each）. Pressure sore of patients in control group were washed with cold normal saline and changed dressings. Patients in test group were handed with 37 ℃ normal saline washing and changed dressings during whole range. Results. The healing time of pressure sore patients in test group was much shorter than that of control group. Conclusion; Changing dressings with warm normal saline for pressure sore patients could shorten the healing time for them. And patients have comfort feeling during local nursing.
