摘 要:以中磷铁水为对象,选择CaO-CaF_2-FeO_3系为熔剂,在实验室范围内进行了中磷铁水脱磷的研究。实验结果得到,熔剂量为10g/100g-Fe时,脱磷率可达90%以上,并随着熔剂中%Fe_2O_3增加脱磷率增大。还说明了中磷铁水和普通铁水对脱磷熔剂成份的不同要求。根据处理期间[%P]、[%C]的变化规律,熔剂量对脱磷率影响的实验,讨论了脱磷保碳,降低熔剂用量致使该方法在工程上应用的可能性。并从熔剂的脱磷能力、回磷等方面比较了Na_2CO_3和CaO基熔剂的不同脱磷特征,指出用CaO基熔剂处理中磷铁水是更为行之有效的方法。Experiments on dephosphorization of medium phosphorus hot me- tal were carried out with CaO-CaF_2-Fe_2O_3 fluxes in a MoSi_2 furnace at 1350℃. The results obtained showed that more than 90% of dephosphoriza- tion efficiency can be achieved at the addition that the quantity of flux= 10g/100g-HM, and it is increased with increase of (%Fe_2O_3) in flux. The results also showed that (%Fe_2O_3) of flux in medium phosphorus hot metal pretreatment should be 10-20 wt% higher then that in ordinary Pretreatment. The possibilities of keeping carbon during dephosphorization and lowering the quantity of flux were discussed in order to use it in industry. It was pointed out that CaO-based flux is preferable to Na_2CO_3 flus in the practical processes through comparing their abilinies to dephosphorize, the rephospho- rization and the drop of temperature.
