摘　　要：近年来,江苏省知识产权宣传教育开展较好,但是宣传应该走出"四月情结"。为了防止把知识产权培训班办成宣传班,必须建立有效的考核机制,并严格执行。江苏省普及知识产权的中小学教育,积极发展知识产权高等教育已刻不容缓,其中发展知识产权高等教育必须重点解决师资短缺问题。In recent years, the publicity and education of the intellectual property rights education in Jiangsu Province have been smoothly carried out. However, the pubhcity must get rid of ＂the April Complex＂. An effective appraisal system should be established and enforced in order to prevent an intellectual property fights training course from downgrading into a publicity one. As a key province of education in China, it is imperative for Jiangsu to disseminate intellectual property fights education in colleges and universities as well as primary and middle schools, while the key to developing college education is to cope with the shortage of teachers.
