摘　　要：文章回顾了农村流通体系的现状,总结了现代流通体系建设中存在主要问题。解决这些问题的关键在于:调整利益分配格局,规范政府行为;培育农村流通主体,提高流通主体组织化程度;打破地方垄断,形成全国统一的大市场格局;改善流通设施,提高农村交易效率;制订流通规则,规范市场交易行为;开拓农村市场,拉动国内需求。It reviews the current situation of the circulation system and summarizes the problems in the process of building a modern circulation system; The key points of countermeasures are as following： adjusting the division of benefits to standardize actions of government; training principal parts of rural circulation to increase the level of their systematizations; breaking the provincial monopoly to build countrywide markets; improving infrastructures and the rural transactional efficiency; drawing up rules of the circulation to standardize transaction actions; exploiting rural markets to expand home consumption.
