摘　　要：文章是对安徽省天长市乡镇企业进行问卷调查后,撰写的研究报告。从职工对社会保障的认知度、评价度、参与度和需求度四方面揭示了乡镇企业社会保障事业存在的一些问题,最后探讨了通过政府加强立法、广泛宣传、增强乡企职工社会保障意识等措施解决问题的途径,最终为我国以科学发展观为指导,共建和谐社会提供理论依据和政策参考。After questionnairing the hometown Anhui Province Tianchang City enterprise in the rural area, we write this report. From the aspects of social security cognition degree, valuation degree, participation degree and need degree, we talked about some problem in social security system. At last , we hope we can through the lawmaking of govenment , widely propagandize and strong the consciousness of the social security system, which can supply the the theoretics and policy for establishing the harmonious socity.
