摘　　要：从社会生物学的文化演化思想出发,探究了组织文化的选择、变革和保存的过程,建立了组织文化动态演化模型,从理论上初步剖析了组织文化的动态特性,为相关领域研究奠定基础。This paper has discussed the process of selection, revolution and retention of organizational culture on the basis of evolutionary thoughts of culture in sociobiology, and finally built a dynamic evolution model of organizational culture. By analyzing the dynamic eharacteristics of the organizational culture theoretically, it can be the foundation for the related study.
