摘 要:运用完全分解的因素分解方法,揭示1991年以来影响上海市能源强度变化的主要因素是各产业能源利用效率的提高,尤其是第二产业的能源利用效率的提高,同时指出现有经济增长模式对能源的依赖性较强,未来节能降耗的重点仍然是提高第二产业的能效。最后,通过对第二产业内部的能源结构和能源强度的相关系数比较,得出今后第二产业内部结构调整的基本规则。This paper uses the complete decomposition model and reveals that, the major factor affecting energy intensity of Shanghai is the improvement of industries' energy efficiency since 1991, especially the improvement of the secondary industry's energy efficiency. At the same time, it points out that the current economical growth mode of Shanghai is strongly energy - depend and the improvement of the secondary industry's energy efficiency should still be paid more attention to in the energy - saving program in future. Finally, by comparing with correlation coefficients among the energy structure and energy intensity of the secondary industry, it puts forward several basic rules of adjustment in the second industry, which provides references for government to constitute energy - saving policies.
