摘  要:运用气垫导轨模拟微重力条件,通过实验研究了卷曲折叠充气管在不同充气速率条件下的展开动力性能,以及不同的充气方式、不同的卷曲形式等对充气管展开性能的影响,研究表明,随着充气速率、充气方式和卷曲形式的变化,充气管端部的动力性能、管内"充气铰"的大小和展开的半径以及"增压滞后"现象等都发生相应的改变;且充气速率越大,充气管展开端的速度就越大。最后,本文还对不同材料的充气管的展开性能进行了研究,发现充气管内壁用钢卷尺加强,成为充气硬化(STR)管后,不仅能提高充气管的屈曲承载力,还能改善充气管的展开性能。Deployment process of a coil-folded inflatable tube was experimentally investigated on an air track in the tiny gravity environment. Firstly, the influence of inflation rate on deployment dynamic characters of inflatable tube was analyzed. Secondly, the effect of many factors including inflatable manner and coil configuration of inflatable tube on deployment dynamic characters was studied. Experimental results demonstrate that with the variation of inflation rate, inflatable manner and coil configuration of inflatable tube, the dynamic characters at the tube extending free end, the presence and size of the inflatable "hinge point" in the tube, the deployment radius and pressurization delay across the folds have also changed. Results also indicate that the larger inflatable velocity is, the larger the velocity at the tube non-flow end is. Finally, deployment process of inflatable tubes made of different materials was also investigated. Compared with Mylar-Al-Mylar laminate inflatable tube, the deployment characters as well as buckling bearing capacity of the spring-tape reinforced (STR) Mylar- Al-Mylar laminate inflatable tube are improved.
