摘  要:用绿色糖单孢菌胞外酶的粗酶液对麦草烧碱蒽醌浆进行生物预处理及后续漂白.结果表明:1)酶处理对DED(Chlorine Dioxide-Alkaline Extraction-Chlorine Dioxide)的助漂效果非常明显,白度增加了(ISO)17.4%;2)酶处理后纸浆中戊聚糖相对含量比对照浆减少了1.99%,木糖相对含量减少了1.10%,阿拉伯糖相对含量减少了0.98%,葡萄糖相对含量增加2.08%;3)酶处理后纸浆的结晶度有所提高.通过红外光谱和紫外光谱研究了生物预处理的漂白机理,结果表明:酶处理可减少漂后纸浆中发色基团和木素的相对含量.The enzymes from Saccharomonospora viridis were used in wheat straw soda-AQ pulp bio-bleaching. The result showed that: 1 ) The effect of DED bleaching stages was increased obviously by enzyme process, the brightness of the bleached pulp rose (ISO) 17.4%; 2) Compared to the contrast pulp, when the pulp was treated by enzyme, the content of pentosan reduced by 1.99%, xylose by 1.10%, and arabinose by 0.98%, respectively, while the content of glucose increased 2.08%. By infrared spectra and ultraviolet spectra, mechanism of bio-bleaching was studied preliminarily. The result showed that the content of chromophoric group and lignin in bleached pulps was decreased by enzyme process.
