摘  要:目的观察积雪草苷对脂多糖(LPS)诱导急性肺损伤(ALI)白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、血红素氧合酶(HO-1)影响。方法40只Balb/c小鼠随机分为空白组,模型组,积雪草苷5,15,45 mg.kg-15组,每组8只。脂多糖(2.5 mg.kg-1)气管滴注造急性肺损伤模型,24 h后处死小鼠,免疫印迹法检测肺组织HO-1蛋白表达,ELISA法检测血浆IL-10表达。结果积雪草苷各剂量组呈剂量依赖性增加脂多糖所致急性肺损伤模型肺组织HO-1蛋白和IL-10表达。结论积雪草苷对LPS诱导急性肺损伤保护效应可能与促进HO-1表达和IL-10含量有关。Objective To observe the effect of asiaticoside (AS) on HO - 1 and IL - 10 of acute lung injury(ALI) induced by li- popolysaccharides (LPS). Methods 40 Balb/c mice were randomly divided into control , model, model + asiaticoside 5,15,45 mg· kg^-1 groups. Model of ALl was established by intratracheal instillation of LPS 20 μl(2.5 mg · kg^-1 ). Mice were killed 24 h later, and HO - 1 protein of lung was detected by western - blot . The content of IL - 10 in plasma was detected by enzyme - linked immunosorbentassay (ELISA). Results AS could increase the contents of HO - 1 of lung and IL - 10 in plasma in adose -dependent manner. Conclusion AS has protective effect on ALI induced by LPS and the mechansim may be related with increasing the coutents of HO - 1 of lung and IL - 10 in plasma.
