摘　　要：目的观察乳洁安胶囊的急慢性毒性反应。方法采用急性经口毒性实验和长期毒性法。结果急性毒性实验小鼠灌胃给药最大耐受量相当于人临床日用量的160倍。长期毒性实验乳洁安胶囊各剂量组各项指标未见明显异常改变。结论乳洁安胶囊拟定剂量,途径及疗程在临床应用上是安全的。Objective To study the acute and chronic toxicity of Rujiean Capsule. Methods Acute and chronic toxicological methods were carried out by oral administration. Results In the experiment of acute toxicity the maximum tolerance dosage by garage in mice was 160 times of the clinical dosage in humans. The chronic toxicity experiment didnt show significant changes in the examination items of rats in every Rujiean dosage group. Conclusion Rujiean capsule is safe to be used in clinical practice and had no acute and chronic toxicity.
