摘 要:目的研究荔枝多糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法测定胸腺、脾脏重量并计算脏器系数;小鼠碳粒廓清法;溶血素法;迟发型超敏反应;PHA刺激淋巴细胞转化实验。结果在环磷酰胺(Cy)造成免疫抑制状态下,10 d内腹腔注射50mg/(kg.d)荔枝多糖可显著提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬百分率和吞噬指数,促进溶血素及溶血空斑形成,促进淋巴细胞转化。结论荔枝多糖具有增强小鼠免疫功能的作用。Objective To investigate the effect of litehi polysaecharides on immunological function of mice. Methods The weight of immunological organs, the clearance rate of charcoal particles, hemolysin production, the delay type hypersensitive response, and the spleen lymphocyte transformation induced by PHA of wice were mouitored. Results The low immunological model of rats was established by the cyelophosphamide. Litchi polysaeeharides could improve the clearance rate and the index of the mouse ab- dominal cavity maerophage, promote the production of hemolysin and hemolysis spot and the transformation of lymphocyte in 10 days. Conclusion Litehi polysaecharide can enhance immunological functions of mice.
