龙骨对自由活动大鼠睡眠时相的影响

摘　　要：目的观察龙骨对自由活动大鼠睡眠时相的影响。方法按35 g/kg(生药量)的剂量,连续灌胃给药7 d后,描记大鼠皮质脑电图。结果龙骨水煎液能延长自由活动大鼠总的睡眠时间(P<0.01),在睡眠时相上主要表现为延长SW S2,对SW S1和REMS没有明显的影响。结论龙骨水煎剂对正常大鼠睡眠周期有一定的影响,具有改善睡眠的作用。Objective To investigate the effect of Os. Dracoins on the sleeping states of freely moving rats. Methods After intra- gastric administration of Boas - Oppler,lactobaeillus Os Dracoins decoction （equivalent to 35 g/kg crude drug）for 7 days, Polysomnography was used to record the changes of the cortical eiectroencephalogram of different sleeping states in rats. Results Os Dracoins decoction could prolong total sleep time of freely moving rats, primarily prolong SWS2 , but had no sigsificant influence on SWS1 and REMS. Conclusion Os Dracoins decoction has influence on sleep cycle of normal rats and improves sleep effect.
