芪丹益肾降糖丸对早期糖尿病肾病患者血清转化生长因子β_1的影响

摘　　要：目的观察芪丹益肾降糖丸对早期糖尿病肾病患者血清转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)的影响。方法选取糖尿病肾病早期患者61例,随机分为两组。对照组采用西药苯那普利常规治疗,治疗组在西药常规治疗基础上加服芪丹益肾降糖丸(院内制剂)治疗。对治疗前后相关数据进行比较。结果两组均能降低早期糖尿病肾病患者血清TGF-β1水平(P<0.01);两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前后空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿微量白蛋白、肾功能、血脂、血清TGF-β1等指标比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论芪丹益肾降糖丸联合常规西药治疗可显著降低早期糖尿病肾病血清TGF-β1,疗效优于单用西药治疗。Objective To study the effect of Qidanyishenjiangtang Pill on serum transforming growth factor -β1 （ TGF - β1 ） in patients with early diabetic nephropathy（EDN）. Methods Sixtyone patients with EDN were randomly divided into the control group（ n = 30） and the treatment group（ n = 31 ）. The control group was applied regular treatment of Benazepril and the treatment group was added to Qidanyishenjiangtang pill on the basis of regular treatment for 8 weeks. Sermn TGF - β1 were determined with ELISA before and after treatment, and fasting blood glucose （FBG）, HbAlc, urinary albumin excretion rate （UAER） , serum creatinine（Scr） , blood lipids were examed as well. Results Compared with pretreatment, the serum TGF - β1 level of both groups decreased significantly（P 〈 0.01 ） and the difference of two groups was obvious （P 〈 0.05）. The difference between before and after treatment of the level of FBG, HbAlc, UAER, Scr, TC, TG, HDL - C, TGF - β1 were significant （P 〈 0.05 and P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Qidanyishenjiangtang pill combined with Benazepril can markedly decreased the serum TGF - β1 level of EDN, the effect is better than Benazepril only.
