摘　　要：目的筛选咳安含片的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交实验设计对提取的条件进行优选。结果最佳提取工艺为用70%的乙醇渗漉,渗漉速度为2 ml/min,浸泡时间5 d,川贝母粉碎成粗粉提取效果最佳。结论该工艺所制成品含量稳定。Objective To optimize the extraction technology of KeAn buccal tablets. Methods An orthogonal experimental design was adopted to optimize the technology for the extraction of the percolate . Results The optimum conditions for the extraction technology were found to be ： the concentration of ethanol was70% , the time for immersion of the drug was 5 days, 8 volumes of ethanol were used for the extraction of volume of the drug and the flow rate was 2 ml · min^-1. Conclusion The preparation with this technology is of high clarity and stable contents.
