摘 要:目的建立了参杞益脑胶囊中β-细辛醚的高效液相色谱含量测定方法。方法色谱柱为Thermo BDS Hypersil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.1%冰醋酸溶液(60:40);柱温35℃;流速1.0ml·min;检测波长为257nm。结果β-细辛醚浓度在4.885~146.55μg/ml之间峰面积与浓度具有良好的线性关系。其高、中、低3种浓度的平均回收率分别为103.2%,102.1%和100.2%;RSD分别为0.4%,0.3%和0.7%。结论方法简便灵敏,结果准确可靠,专属性强,可用于参杞益脑胶囊中石菖蒲的质量控制。ObjectiveTo establish a high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of β- asarone in Shenqiyinao Capsules. Methods The column was Thermo BDS Hypersil C18 (250 mm ×4.6 mm ,5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol - 0.1% glacial acetic acid solution (60: 40) and the temperature of column was 35 ℃. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 257 nm with external method. Results The linear range of β - asarone was 4. 885 - 146.55 μg · ml^-1. The average recoveries of β- asarone were 103.2% , 102.1% and 100.2% with corresponding RSD of 0.4% , 0.3% and 0.7% , respeetivery. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and can be used for the determination of Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii (RAT) in Shenqiyinao Capsules.
