摘  要:目的对几种中药进行了植物雌激素的活性筛选。方法采用人乳腺癌细胞增殖法与酵母菌雌激素筛检实验法对9种中药进行了植物雌激素活性的研究。结果成功地建立了E-SCREEN法与Yeast Estrogen Screen实验法,此两种方法均可检测到1×10-13mol/L的雌二醇。在这两种体外雌激素活性筛选实验条件下,当归、泽泻、川芎、牡丹皮、桂枝均有雌激素活性;而茯苓、桃仁则无雌激素样活性。结论E-SCREEN法敏感性高,并有快速、简便等优点,适用于大量化合物的初选。Objective To evaluate the estrogenic activity of several kinds of Chinese herbal medicines. Methods E - Screen and Yeast Estrogen Screen technology were used to study the estrogenic activity of nine Chinese herbal medicines. Results The two methods detected estradiol at very low concentration as 1 × 10^-13 mol/L. It was found that Angelica acutiloba Kitagawa var. sugiyamae Hikono. , Alisma orientale Juzepczuk. , Cnidium officinale Makino. , Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. , Cinnamomum cassia Blume. had estrogenic effects, while Poria cocos wolf. and Prnus persica Batsch. lacked estrogenic effects at this assay, Conclusion The E - SCREEN test is sensitive, rapid and easy to perform. It's suitable for large - scale screening for estrogenicity of environmental chemicals.
