摘　　要：目的确定迭鞘石斛具有促进小肠运动作用的有效部位。方法迭鞘石斛有机溶剂系统分离的提取部位对促进小肠运动作用的影响。结果迭鞘石斛的醋酸乙酯部位具有促进小鼠小肠运动作用,与空白对照组比较有显著差异。结论迭鞘石斛的醋酸乙酯部位为促进小肠运动作用的有效部位。Objective To confirm the effective part of Dendrobiium chryseurn Rolfe. Methods The effects of different solvent extracts of Dendrobiium chryseum Rolfe on movement of small intestine were observed. Results Ethylacetate parts of Dendrobiium chryseum Rolfe could advance the mouse movement of small intestine, compared with the blank control group , there had significant difference. Conclusion Ethylaeetate part of Dendrobiium chryseurn Rolfe is the effective parts on Movements of small intestine.
