摘  要:目的研究灯盏花素(Breviscapine)对D-半乳糖引起小鼠疲劳的改善作用。方法小鼠腹腔注射(Introperitonealinjection,ip)120 mg/kg D-半乳糖48 d制备衰老模型,通过小鼠自主活动和游泳负重实验,评价灯盏花素对D-半乳糖引起小鼠疲劳的作用。结果D-半乳糖明显引起小鼠出现疲劳症状,与空白对照组相比,D-半乳糖组小鼠(120 mg/kg,ip,48 d)自主活动次数和负重游泳时间显著降低。5,10和20 mg/kg灯盏花素不同程度地降低D-半乳糖引起小鼠上述疲劳症状。结论灯盏花素对D-半乳糖引起小鼠疲劳症状有明显的改善作用。Objective To study the improving effects of breviseapine on fatigue induced by D - galactose in mice. Methods The aging model of mice was produced by introperitoneal injection of 120 mg/kg D - galactose for 48 d. The anti - fatigue effects of breviscapine were assessed by the mice of autmnatic action and experiment of swimming with weight. Results D - galaetose( 120 mg/kg, ip, 48 d) significantly caused fatigue symptoms in mice. Compared with control group mice, the D - galactose mice showed a lowered automatic action number and a shortened swimming time with weight. 5, 10 and 20 mg/kg breviseapine markedly improved the above fatigue symptoms in D - galactose rats in different degree. Conclusion Breviseapine can ameliorate fatigues induced by D -galactosc in mice.
