摘  要:目的观察补肺片的抗炎止咳作用。方法用二甲苯致小鼠耳炎症和腹腔毛细血管通透性法观察补肺片对小鼠急性炎症的作用,用小鼠棉球肉芽肿法观察补肺片对小鼠慢性炎症的作用,用浓氨水致咳及小鼠排泌酚红观察补肺片的止咳化痰作用。结果补肺片高、中、低剂量组对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀没有抑制作用(P>0.05);补肺片高、中剂量小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的急性炎症有明显的抑制作用。补肺片高、中剂量组对小鼠皮下肉芽肿的慢性抗炎具有明显的抑制作用(P<0.05)。补肺片高、中、低各剂量对小鼠浓氨水致咳嗽次数和致咳潜伏期均有明显作用(P<0.01)。对小鼠气管排泌酚红的化痰实验,补肺片高、中、低各剂量组均有明显祛痰作用(P<0.01)。结论补肺片有抗炎,止咳,化痰,增强机体免疫功能的作用。Objective To observe the anti - inflammatory and antitussive effects of Bufei tablets. Methods The methods of making ear swellingby xylene and capillary permeability were used to observe the effect of Bufei tablets on acute inflammation in mice. The method of subcutaneous implantation of granuloma formation by eotten observe the effect of Bufei tablets on chronic inflammation in mice. The method of concentrated ammonia inducing cough and mouse excretion of phenol red was used to observe the effect of Bufei tablets. Results Bufei tabletsin high, middle, low dose groups of xylene - induced ear edema had no inhibitory effect ( P 〉 0. 05 ) ; Bufei tablets in high, middle dose groups significantly inhibited mice capillary permeability of acute inflammation. Bufei tablets in high - dose group significantly inhibited mice subcutaneous granuloma chronic anti - inflammatory (P 〈 0.05 ). The frequency of cough and latent period of cough caused by strong ammonia and the excretion of phenol red in the airway of mice with was significantly inhibited by Bufei tablets(P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Bufei tablets have the effects of anti -inflammation, reducing sputum and relieving cough and enhancing the immunocompetence of the body.
