人参对失血性贫血小鼠补血作用的研究

摘　　要：目的研究人参水煎液对失血性贫血小鼠的补血作用。方法用小鼠眼眶静脉取血法造成失血性贫血小鼠模型,观察人参水煎液对小鼠的红细胞数、白细胞数、血红蛋白含量的影响。结果造模可使红细胞数和白细胞数减少、血红蛋白含量降低,同时给予不同剂量的人参水煎液后,红细胞数、白细胞数、血红蛋白含量均有不同程度升高,中剂量组最为明显。结论人参具有一定的补血作用。Objective To study the effects of Ginseng water decoction on hemorrhagic anemia mice. Methods The model of hemorrhagic anemia was established by collecting blood from the mice eye socket vein in mice, erythrocyte,leucocyte and the content of the hemoglobin were determined. Results The number of erythrocyte,leucocyte and the content of the haemoglobin were decreased. Compared with model group,Ginseng water decoction could increase the number of the erythrocyte,the number of the leucocyte and the content of the haemoglobin, and the middle dosage group was the most effective. Conclusion The Ginseng water decoction has certain function of enriching blood.
