摘　　要：利用天然彩棉有限的棕、绿色系,充分发挥机织物结构设计和花型设计的特点,在后处理过程中利用彩棉色泽对水洗温度及助剂的敏感性,生产出色彩丰富、色泽清晰、手感柔软、花型立体感强的仿色织彩棉织物。采用该工艺开发彩棉婴幼儿系列服装,市场效果良好。On the basis of structural design and pattern design of the wovens, and taking advantage of sensitivity of cotton shade to washing temperature and chemicals in after treatment stage, new products of colorful shade, soft handle and 3-D pattern were launched only with the limited brown and green cotton.
