摘  要:对目前印染厂常见的三种棉织物活性染料染色工艺,包括连续染色法、冷轧堆染色法和湿短蒸染色法进行了工艺条件和成本分析。发现湿短蒸工艺在成本上最具优势,但必须进行严格的在线测量,以及工艺自动控制,连续染色能耗相对较大。The common three reactive dyeing processes of cotton fabric were introduced, such as continuous dyeing, cold padbatch dyeing and wet short-steaming dyeing, production cost of these three processes were analyzed. It was said that wet short-steaming process had the best advantage in production cost, but online measuring and automatic control of process were a must; continuous dyeing was the most popular process, but energy consumption was the highest.
