摘 要:文章采用高频疲劳试验机,在不同的最大应力下,对42CrMo钢进行疲劳试验研究。在常温空气环境下分别对试样进行了拉拉疲劳试验(R=0.1)和拉压疲劳(R=-1)试验,得出了42CrMo钢的拉-拉疲劳和拉-压疲劳寿命;试验结果表明,拉-拉疲劳极限在0.33σb^0.35σb之间,拉-压疲劳极限在0.4bσ~0.5bσ之间;由此得出了拉-拉疲劳极限与拉-压疲劳极限较好地吻合Gerber关系式。In this paper, the fatigue test research on steel 42CrMo in different maximum stress has been done by the high frequency fatigue test machine. The tension-tension fatigue life and the tension-compression fatigue life of steel 42CrMo can be obtained by conducting the tension-tension fatigue test (R=0.1) and the tension-compression test(R =- 1) on the Sample of steel 42CrMo. The tests are performed under different stress ratios in the air condition and at the room temperature. The results are as follows: the tension-tension fatigue limit strength of. steel 42CrMo is between 0.33ab and0. 35ab, the tension-compression fatigue limit strength is between 0.4au and 0.5au, the tension-tension fatigue limit strength and the tension-compression fatigue limit strength follow the Gerber rela' tionship, and the temperature effect should he considered when the low life tension-compression fatigue test is performed by the high frequency test machine.
