摘　　要：为了提高家蚕微粒子病母蛾检验的效率,设计了扩大家蚕微粒子病母蛾抽样集团容量后的检验方案。在大规模生产检验中,将检测第1样本后直接判定合格或不合格的2种类型蚕种作为第2样本,对第2样本的113个批(段)共4 139个样本进行模拟试验及t-检验,证明设计的集团容量由常规30蛾扩大到60蛾后的检验方案完全可行。To improve the efficiency of pebrine inspection, we designed the new inspection scheme for pebrine in mother moths with enlarged volume of sample group from 30 moths to 60 moths in this paper. This scheme was testified in large-scale of practical pebrine inspection. The 2^nd samples of 2 types of mother moths, qualified or disqualified by the 1^st normal inspection, were used as materials for simulation test of the new scheme. The volume of 2^nd samples was 4 139, belonged to 113 batches. The T-test result showed that the new scheme is of practice.
