摘 要:针对高水头单级船闸,提出船闸输水系统设置内消能工的设想及总体布置原则.在分析各种典型内消能工消能原理和水力特性的基础上,确定了适合船闸输水消能特点的竖井式内消能工,并给出设置竖井式内消能工输水系统的具体布置和主要尺寸的确定方法.依托世界单级水头第三位的乌江银盘船闸工程,对该船闸设置竖井式内消能工输水系统方案进行布置和初步的计算分析.结果表明,竖井式内消能工可消耗大部分水流能量,并改善闸室内的水流条件,同时创造了稳定的通气条件,可大大优化阀门的工作条件,但输水时间稍长.To sdve the key technological problems of the high head single-stage navigation locks, the application of interior energy dissipater (IED) in the filling and empting system (FES) of navigation locks is put forward and the basic layout principles are indicated. On the basis of analyzing the dissipation principles and hydraulic characteristics of various typical IEDS, the drop shaft type is adopted, and the specific form of the FES with drop shaft IED and the methods to determine its main dimensions are studied. The layout of this new FES has been put up for the Yinpan lock on the Wujiang River which has the third highest water head among the single-stage locks in the world, and its hydraulic characteristics have been calculated and analyzed. It shows that the flow condition in the chamber and the valves work condition can both be improved by setting up the drop shaft IED, however, the filling time is a little longer.
