摘 要:目的:研发一种以病区为单位的低负荷连续实时患者基本生理参数监测系统。方法:以患者为中心,以低负荷基本生命体征长时间连续检测为基础,以病区为基本单元,实现网络化全病区所有患者的连续、动态监测和设备控制。结果:床垫以及床旁盒构成数字化病床的基础,床旁同步网络和床间TCP/IP网络构成病区基础网络系统,中央信号实时监测和回顾分析系统为医护人员提供数据分析手段。结论:提出了一种全病区医学信号连续动态监控系统方案,实现了睡眠呼吸诊疗病区系统软硬件,并在医院应用中取得了良好效果。Objective Based on the everlasting detection technology for basic life parameters, a dynamic system is designed for monitoring clinical signals from area wards. Methods Focused on all patients in area wards, using low or no physiological & mental burden detection technology, connecting all sick-beds by networks, a dynamic monitoring system was established, Results Based on elementary cells of mattress and bedside junction box, bedside synchronized network and TCP/IP between sickbeds were unified into area ward networks. The signals from digital sick-beds were displayed and analyzed in the area ward workstation. Conclusion The architecture of dynamic monitoring system for clinical medical signals from area wards is proposed. The sleep monitoring system is realized and applied in hospital with satisfactory results.
