摘 要:试验采用PCR-RFLP技术检测了文昌鸡GHR基因内含子5I、GF-1基因的多态性,分析了GHR基因内含子5和IGF-1基因多态性与文昌鸡蛋品质性状的关系。结果表明:内含子5等位基因C和D基因频率分别为0.19和0.81,IGF-1等位基因A和B基因频率分别为0.53和0.47。GHR基因多态与蛋壳厚度相关显著(P<0.05),并且以加性方式作用。IGF-1基因多态与蛋壳重相关极显著(P<0.01);与蛋壳强度相关显著(P<0.05),并以显性方式作用。The PCR-RFLP technique was applied to analyze the polymorphisms of GHR intron 5 and IGF-1 of Wenchang chickens. The effects of GHR intron 5 and IGF-1 on the egg quality were analyzed. The results showed that the allele frequencies of C and D were 0.19 and 0.81 for GHR-intron 5, and the allele frequencies of A and B were 0.53 and 0.47 for IGF-i, respectively. Marker-trait association analysis indicated that polymorphism of GHR was associated with EST (P 〈 0.05), polymorphism of IGF-1 was associated with egg shell weight (ESW)(P 〈 0.01) and egg shell weight (ESS)(P 〈 0.05). An additive effect of GHR on egg shell thickness (EST) and a dominance effect of IGF-1 on ESW and ESS were found.
