摘 要:为了防止粉尘影响选煤厂高效、安全和洁净生产,以霍林河选煤厂为例,对选煤厂的粉尘浓度和分散度进行了测定,分析了选煤厂的粉尘状况、粉尘的危害、粉尘产生和扩散的原因;通过对全厂粉尘分散度的分析,发现车间空气中粉尘质量浓度达到200~2 660 mg/m^3,可呼吸性粉尘分散度达到59%~75%,粉尘颗粒比较细微并且严重超过国家标准,对人体健康造成严重威胁。同时分析了选煤厂在除尘方面存在的喷雾除尘技术管理差、局部通风除尘系统设计有待改善、运行管理质量偏低等主要问题,总结了粉尘防止的原则和措施;对该选煤厂的除尘设备给出了改进建议,确定了霍林河选煤厂的除尘设备为袋式除尘器。In order to prevent dust influencecy to the high efficiency, safety and clean production of coal preparation plant, taking Huolinhe Coal Preparation Plant as an example, the dust density and dispersion degree in the plant were measured and the paper analyzed the dust status, dust danger, dust making and spreading causes in the plant. With the analysis on the dust dispersion degree in the whole plant, it was found that the dust quantity density in the air of the workshop reached to 200 - 2 660 mg/m^3 and the respirable dust dispersion degree reached to 59% -75%. The dust particle was quite micro-millimeter and was seriously over the national standard, which could be serious dangers to human health. The paper analyzed the poor management of the spraying and dust control technologies, the design of the local ventilation and dust control system to be improved, the operation management in a low quality and other problems in the dust control of the coal preparation plant. The paper summarized the dust control principle and measures and provided improved proposals on dust control equipment of the plant. The bag dust collector was determined as the dust control equipment for the coal preparation plant.
